Leonardo da Vinci Photoshoot

When I was a child I learned about Leonardo like everyone else: by watching the ninja turtles everyday and yelling cowabunga as i attempted to perform a gnarly suplex on my brother. Parents complained about how lame the concept was, but from the time I was nine I knew Leonardo was the name of the man who’d painted the famous Mona Lisa.

The hat was one of my newsboy hats turned backwards with black fabric safety pinned loosely underneath. Her shirt was one of mine pinned at the back with the sleeves rolled up and some leather cord tied at the waist. The Mona Lisa was painted back on 2006 on poster board and managed to survive all these years.
